Drone Filming & Photography – Arthington Cricket Club

by | Oct 13, 2021 | Drone, Photography | 0 comments

The Arthington Festival – one of the longest running ends to a cricket season in the UK – came to a close on the 2nd weekend of October 2021.

A hugely successful season for the club saw both teams win their respective divisions in the Nidderdale League, and the annual festival proved a fitting end to a fine season.

I was lucky enough for both teams consenting to allow me to fly my DJI Mini 2 around the ground that I spent most of my cricketing career. The view from the drone gives an entirely new perspective of the magnificent ground, that has been crowned with the highest ground marks award in the division.

From these views, it is easy to see why.

Take a look at the images below (click the thumbnails for larger image), and feel free to watch the video of the flight.

And here is the edited video from the game. Make sure to check out my YouTube channel here for more videos!
